Manager - Quantity Surveyor (QS) & Tenders Key Responsibilities: Quantity Surveying (QS): Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and bills of quantities (BOQs) from drawings and specifications. Participate in tender negotiations, clarifications, and post-bid discussions. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project execution. Proficiency in estimation software like AutoCAD, MS Excel. Excellent analytical and numerical skills. Strong communication and coordination skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying. 06 - 08 years of experience in QS and Tendering within the construction industry. Preferred Experience: Industrial, Residential, PEB and Commercial Projects. Exposure to private sector tenders (CPWD/APWD/RERA/Smart City etc.). Experience working with EPC contractors or real estate developers.
