Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of billing and estimation procedures. Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements. Training and Support: Provide guidance and support to junior staff or team members involved in billing and estimation processes. Offer training as needed to ensure adherence to best practices and company standards. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. Masters in construction management or allied areas is preferred. Professional certification (e.g., MRICS, CCN, or similar) is a plus. Proven experience in billing, cost estimation, and rate analysis within the construction industry. Strong understanding of construction contracts, BOQs, and industry standards. Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., MS Excel, estimating software). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Effective communication and negotiation skills.
