The Tender Executive will be responsible for identifying, preparing, and submitting bids and tenders for solar energy projects, including rooftop, ground-mounted, off-grid, and hybrid systems. The role requires deep understanding of tender processes (government and private), compliance requirements, and coordination across departments to ensure timely and accurate submission Key Responsibilities: Tender Identification: Monitor tender portals (government & private) for new opportunities. Analyze eligibility, scope of work, and profitability before submission. Tender Preparation & Submission: Collect and compile technical and commercial documents. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, finance, and legal teams for necessary inputs. Ensure timely submission of tenders (manual or online). Handle pre-bid queries, clarifications, and amendments. Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all documents comply with tender specifications (formats, affidavits, certifications, etc.). Maintain accurate records of tender submissions, outcomes, and correspondence. Liaison & Coordination: Communicate with tendering authorities and vendors as required. Collaborate with sales, project, and engineering teams for cost estimation and scope. Post-Tender Activities: Follow up on results, respond to clarifications, and support contract award process. Assist in documentation for Letter of Award (LoA) and contract signing.
