Identifying and finalizing arrangements with potential JV partners, necessary documentation, quotations and negotiation with vendors & contractors. Preferred candidate profile : Bachelors degree in B.Tech/B.E./BCA/BA/engineering/communication/architecture/law or any other related field. 14 years of experience in MIS, Pre-Sales, or Tendering roles (any one or combined). Proficient in advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Dashboards). Preferred: Masters degree in any of the above fields. Well-versed with Gem Portal Experienced in creating and automating reports for daily, weekly, and monthly review. Strong business communication- written and spoken, making presentation, and analysis.
