The role involves managing the end-to-end tendering process, ensuring timely and accurate submission of tenders, and acting as the key liaison between internal teams and clients. Roles and Responsibilities: Analyze tender documents thoroughly to understand technical, commercial, and legal requirements. Coordinate the complete preparation, compilation, and timely submission of tenders (both online and offline) Prioritize tasks based on defined Priority 1 / Priority 2 categories for efficient execution. Liaise closely with internal teams including Estimation, Technical, Sales, Finance, and Legal for required inputs and documentation. Ensure all tender submissions are accurate, fully compliant with client specifications, and professionally formatted. Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the tendering and post-submission stages. Handle client queries and provide required clarifications to maintain a high level of client satisfaction. Collect and document customer feedback on submitted proposals, pricing, and technical content for continual improvement. Follow up with clients on submitted tenders and quotations to track progress, feedback, and next steps. Escalate any delays or concerns to the management for timely resolution. Maintain structured records including follow-up logs, offer trackers, client interactions, and outcome reports. Assist in preparing internal MIS reports on tender submissions, conversion ratios, and client feedback trends. Required Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong follow-up and persuasion abilities. Proficiency in MS Excel , MS Word , and email drafting. Ability to multitask, prioritize , and work efficiently under pressure.
