The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships. The role encompasses leading sales teams, generating sales leads, negotiating contracts, and presenting tailored solutions that address client needs. Additionally, the Sales Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and contribute to the company's growth. Qualifications Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client presentations, negotiation, and customer relationship management. Understanding of power backup, power quality, and data center infrastructure solutions; familiarity with products such as UPS, inverters, batteries, thermal cooling products, and related technologies. A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a relevant field; experience in the power solutions or data center industry is a significant advantage.
