Job Description

In this role as a First Line Maintenance (FLM) personnel, you will be responsible for the following key activities: - Cleaning the machine every day using a vacuum cleaner. - Checking the consumable status before starting the machine (such as foil, paper roll, etc.) and replacing them if required. - Switching ON the machine, running it idle for 5 minutes, and checking the air pressure. - Achieving the target of a minimum of 200 bundles and completing the process for the given bundles. - Maintaining the preventive maintenance record of the machines. - Carrying out first-line maintenance with the support of the G&D site engineer. - Registering calls in the G&D call center for any major technical problems with the machine. - Counting each bundle received with ten packets and immediately reporting any shortages or excess to the bank staff. - Properly shutting down and switching off the machine after the day ends. Qualifications Required: - BE, Diploma, ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanics. As part of the benefits package, you will be entitled to Provident Fund and a yearly bonus. This part-time position offers a salary of INR 15,000 in hand with a day shift schedule. The work location will be in person.,
