As an Instrumentation Engineer for an OIL and GAS Company based in Mumbai, you should have 8 to 12 years of experience in the field. Your responsibilities will include preparing datasheets for Control Valves, On/Off Valves, Flow Instruments, Analyzers, Various Level Instruments, Pressure, and Temperature Instruments. You will be involved in Technical Bid Evaluation of various instruments valves and reviewing vendor offers. Your role will also require you to have experience in creating Instrument Index, IO List, Cable Schedule, JB Wiring Diagram, Interlock Logic, Cause and Effect Diagram, and Hook up assignments. Knowledge of SPI - INTools will be an added advantage in this position. We are also looking for an Instrumentation Designer with experience in S3D software for our OIL and GAS Company in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have an ITI/Diploma with 5-15 years of experience. You should be capable of independently handling design deliverables such as Hookup, Installation details, JB grouping, and Tray layout. Proficiency in 3D modeling software like S3D is a must for this role. In this role, your responsibilities will include providing support to Emerson Sales Offices for efficient and effective Project Execution for Rosemount Tank Gauging business. You will be responsible for preparing post-order documentation, screening customer POs, resolving customer comments, and ensuring timely submission. Additionally, you will prepare project documentation for internal order, submit project documentation to customers/EPC/End-users/Purchasers, and attend internal project execution meetings to align with customer requirements. Coordinating with the SCM Team, you will prepare buyouts specifications and meet project schedules. You will also be responsible for preparing and submitting As-Build documentation, maintaining a log of key project metrics, and developing Techno-commercial proposals for Rosemount Tank Gauging Systems. You should be someone who readily takes on new challenges without unnecessary planning, understands your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and limits, and shows personal commitment to continuous improvement. You should be able to learn quickly in new situations and communicate effectively in various settings. For this role, you will need 1-4 years of experience in core instrumentation within the Process Industry, EPC Companies, or OEM companies. A clear understanding of the basic working principles of different level instruments, pressure and temperature instruments is required, and familiarity with Tank Gauging Systems will be advantageous. You should also be familiar with the installation and calibration of instruments, Instrument Data Sheets, P&ID and Specifications, International Standards, Hazardous and Flammable Areas, Ingress Protection Codes, SIL Ratings, Wiring, and Looping. Proficiency in MS Office applications like Word, Excel, and Power Point is essential, while familiarity with CAD and MS Projects will be beneficial. Candidates with knowledge of post-order documentation activities will be preferred. Preferred qualifications that set you apart include a BE/B.Tech in Instrumentation Engineering from a reputed institute, and candidates with Post-Graduation (ME, M Tech) in Instrumentation Engineering are also encouraged to apply.
