We're Hiring: Purchase Order Assistant 📍 Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Openings: 5 👨 Gender Preference: Male (preferred) 🆕 Experience: 1-2 years, Freshers welcome 🎓 Education: B.Com / BBA + Basic MS Office and accouting skills 🕒 Shift Timings: 9 AM – 6 PM 📅 Working Days: 6 days/week 🚀 About the Role Join our growing procurement team as a Purchase Order Assistant! A great opportunity for freshers to launch their career in purchasing and procurement with hands-on training and real-time responsibilities. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage purchase orders and procurement documents Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery Maintain records and support vendor communication Assist in procurement planning and inventory checks ✅ What We’re Looking For Understanding of purchasing processes Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) Good communication and organizational skills Detail-oriented and proactive team player Knowledge of procurement software is a plus 🎓 Preferred Background B.Com / BBA / BMS Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain (preferred but not mandatory) 💰 Salary & Benefits Gross Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹45,000/month Net Salary: After deductions (PT, PF, ESIC) Perks: PF, ESIC + Medical Insurance after 1.5 years ⚡ Quick Facts 🧭 Interview Round: Only 1 🚀 Joining: Immediate Interested?
