Company Secretary Key Responsibilities: · Proven experience in listed compliance, Merger and acquisition etc. · Prepare and manage documentation for board meetings, including agendas, minutes, and resolutions. · Maintain statutory records, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries. · File necessary documents with regulatory bodies and manage company filings. · Serve as a liaison between the board of directors, management, and shareholders and other authorities(ROC, NSE, NCLT). · Should be good in drafting and vetting of legal documents. · Handle administrative tasks such as organizing meetings, managing correspondence, and updating company policies. · Provide advice on corporate governance, legal issues, and company policies. · Monitor changes in legislation and ensure the company adheres to new regulations.
