PW aims to democratize education through online, offline, and hybrid platforms. It initially began as a YouTube channel in 2014 and now provides education to students in multiple vernacular languages. PW's offerings span various educational segments such as test preparation, skilling, higher education, and study abroad. The company has also established tech-enabled offline and hybrid centers across cities nationwide.
This is a full-time, on-site Tellecaller role located in Samastipur. The Tellecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to students, parents, and potential clients, providing information about PW's educational offerings, addressing queries, and ensuring excellent customer service. Additionally, the Tellecaller will follow up on leads, maintain call logs, and assist in the enrollment process.
