A Telecaller is responsible for contacting potential customers or students over the phone, providing information about products or services, following up on leads, and encouraging interested people to take the next step.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and students.
• Follow up with leads received through social media, websites, advertisements, and other sources.
• Provide information about courses, fees, course duration, and career opportunities.
• Invite interested students for demo classes, workshops, and centre visits.
• Understand students’ requirements and transfer interested leads to the Admission Counsellor.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in Excel
• Prepare daily calling reports and update the lead database.
• Follow up regularly with interested students to support admission conversion.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Hindi and basic English.
• Polite and professional telephone etiquette.
• Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
• Good listening and convincing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and meet calling targets.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Telecaller Responsibilities at MAAC Animation Institute

At MAAC, the Telecaller will contact students interested in Animation, VFX, Graphic Design, Video Editing, and other creative courses. The primary objective is to generate interest, schedule counselling sessions, encourage demo class attendance, and support the admissions team in converting leads into admissions.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
