Job Summary

We are seeking a professional, confident, and customer-focused Telecaller with excellent English communication skills to manage inbound and outbound calls, handle customer inquiries, and ensure effective communication and timely follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Contact customers for confirmations, scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information in a polite and professional manner.
• Address routine customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, call outcomes, and follow-up activities.
• Ensure timely follow-ups on pending customer requests and inquiries.
• Update customer information and call records in the relevant systems or trackers.
• Prepare daily call reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Build positive customer relationships through clear communication and professional call handling.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses and effective resolution of customer concerns.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate in any discipline; relevant qualifications will be an advantage.
• 3–5 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
• Strong telephone etiquette and professional communication skills.
• Good interpersonal, listening, and customer-handling abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and data entry.
• Strong follow-up, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple calls and tasks efficiently.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, confident while communicating with customers, professional in approach, and capable of managing customer interactions independently.
