Job Description

Outbound Calls : Initiate calls to potential customers to introduce and promote the company’s products or services, aiming to generate sales leads and conversions. Inbound Calls : Respond to incoming calls from customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about products and services. Customer Engagement : Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and suggest appropriate solutions, ensuring a positive customer experience. Data Management : Accurately document call details, customer feedback, and follow-up actions in the CRM system to maintain organized records. Target Achievement : Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for sales, lead generation, or customer interactions. Collaboration : Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve campaign effectiveness. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹96,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Education: Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred) Work Location: In person
