We are hiring a Telecaller to contact prospective students/parents, share course details, handle inquiries, and support the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound/inbound calls and explain courses, fees, and admission steps.
Follow up with leads via calls/WhatsApp/email.
Schedule counseling sessions and coordinate with the admissions team.
Maintain inquiry data and submit daily/weekly reports.
Ensure polite, professional communication.
Qualifications
Diploma / Degree
Basic computer skills
Telecalling/sales experience preferred; freshers can apply
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
