The Telecaller cum Admission Counsellor is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to generate leads, counsel prospective students, and guide them through the admission process. This role involves explaining course details, eligibility, and benefits to potential students/parents, following up on inquiries, converting leads into admissions, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM. The counsellor will also schedule appointments, coordinate with the admissions team, assist in organizing counselling sessions or campus visits, and ensure a smooth enrolment experience. Key responsibilities include achieving admission targets, providing excellent customer service, handling objections professionally, and building a positive image of the institution.
