As a Tele Counsellor at our company, you will be a part of the Call Centre team located in Gurgaon, Sector 18. Your working hours will be from 10 am to 7 pm, Monday to Saturday, with Sunday being a fixed off day. The ideal candidate for this position should be a Graduate, however, undergraduates are also applicable with a minimum qualification of 12th Pass out with results in hand. We are looking for candidates with a work experience ranging from 6 months to 8 years in Outbound Tele calling, Tele Sales, and lead generation. It is essential that you have the ability to communicate effectively in both Hindi and English. Prior exposure in Outbound Tele calling processes will be highly preferable for this role. This position is open for both female and male candidates. Travel is not required for this role. The salary range for this position is from 21,000 to 35,000. Freshers can also apply with a salary of 16,000 in hand or 19,000 CTC. The job type is Full-time, Permanent, and open for Freshers.
