The ideal candidate for this position will be a dynamic and versatile professional responsible for managing both human resources administrative functions and telesales activities. You should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for interacting with people, and a proactive approach to multitasking. In terms of HR & Administrative Duties, your responsibilities will include assisting in end-to-end recruitment processes such as job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews. You will be required to maintain and update employee records, manage attendance, and track leave. Additionally, you will support onboarding and induction processes for new hires, handle day-to-day office administration tasks, and ensure compliance with HR policies while maintaining confidentiality. Regarding Telesales Duties, you will be expected to make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services. Understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions, following up on leads, maintaining a database using CRM tools, achieving assigned sales targets and KPIs, and providing accurate information while handling customer queries are also part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR/Marketing preferred) and have at least 3 years of experience in HR admin or telesales roles. Proficiency in English and regional languages (as applicable), strong organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking skills, as well as familiarity with MS Office and HR/telesales tools are essential requirements. Preferred skills for this position include familiarity with basic labor laws and HR best practices, previous experience in customer interaction roles, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
