Telesales Representative (Female) - Porur

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to prospective customers, and closing sales over the phone. You will play a key role in achieving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
• Present and promote company products/services to potential clients.
• Understand customer needs and handle objections effectively to close sales.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads and previous calls to convert interest into sales.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service during and after the sales process.
• Work closely with the marketing and field sales teams to coordinate efforts.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in sales, marketing, or related field is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
