Key Responsibilities :
Connect to prospective students and parents and provide them with information about our educational courses and programs
Follow up on leads generated through online inquiries, marketing campaigns, and other sourcesAddress any queries or concerns that the customers may have about our courses, pricing, and other related topicsIdentify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling our courses and programsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales dataCollaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition & Handle walk-in queries
