Job Responsibilities :

Conversion of pre-generated leads to productive leads with active participation into sale.

Regular engagement with leads / accounts to convert them for enrolment services of skin and hair related treatment.

Maintain accurate client data, call logs, and follow-up records in the CRM system.

Maintaining database of qualified leads for effective coordination and conversion of services.

Achieve weekly, and monthly targets for conversions.

Responsible for Self target.

Required Candidate profile:

Experience in Sales. Knowledge of hair and skin treatments will be an advantage
Key Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and patient in handling diverse clients.
• Target-driven with a proactive, customer-centric mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and telecalling software preferred.
• Basic understanding of cosmetic dermatology services (training will be provided)..

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:
