Generate leads and prospects for new projects through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and preferences. 3. Present project features, benefits, and pricing to potential clients, addressing their queries and concerns. 4. Manage sales pipeline and track progress, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions. 5. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. Requirements: 1. Strong communication and negotiation skills. 2. Knowledge of the real estate market and trends. 3. Sales experience (preferably in real estate). 4. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
