1. Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and target-oriented Telesales Executive to generate leads, contact potential customers, explain company products or services, and convert prospects into customers. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain company products and services clearly and professionally.
• Generate leads and identify potential sales opportunities.
• Follow up with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.
• Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain customer information, call records, and follow-up details.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns effectively.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
• Maintain a database of prospects and update sales reports regularly.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Follow up on pending enquiries and close sales opportunities.
• Achieve daily calling targets and monthly revenue goals.

3. Required Skills

• Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
• Ability to handle customer objections and negotiate effectively.
• Good interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Strong follow-up, time management, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Hindi and English; additional languages are an advantage.

4. Educational Qualification

• Minimum qualification: HSC / 12th Pass or Graduate.
• Candidates with sales, telecalling, or customer service experience will be preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

5. Experience

• Freshers can apply.
• Experience in telesales, telemarketing, lead generation, or customer service is an advantage.

6. Performance Expectations

• Achieve daily calling and monthly sales targets.
• Generate quality leads and convert them into customers.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and professional customer communication.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
