Job Details
- Position: Telecaller / Customer Relationship Executive
- Salary: ₹20,000 per month
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Office Timings: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Job Type: Full-Time (Work From Office)
- Job Location: Karve Nagar, Pune
- Targets:No Sales Targets
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients using company-provided leads.
- Explain Worldwide Properties' services and Thailand real estate investment opportunities.
- Follow up with interested customers and schedule meetings.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with the sales team for client visits and enquiries.
- Maintain professional and positive communication with customers.
Candidate Requirements
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.
- Basic computer and Excel knowledge.
- Polite, confident and customer-friendly approach.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Previous telecalling experience will be an added advantage.
