We are expanding our sales team and looking for a driven, articulate, and resilient Telesales Executive to spearhead our B2B outreach.

Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, sharp-minded Telesales Executive who excels at B2B communication and objection handling. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with corporate clients, pitching our product line using pre-qualified leads provided by the company, and converting inquiries into profitable business partnerships.

If you have a strong background in telephone-based B2B sales, a confident pitch, and the ability to turn client hesitations into closed deals, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound B2B Calling: Make high-volume outbound calls to pre-qualified B2B leads provided by the company.
• Product Pitching: Effectively communicate the value proposition of ARI Fragrance products to business owners, procurement managers, and corporate clients.
• Objection Handling: Skillfully address and neutralize client objections, answer technical or pricing queries, and build long-term professional rapport.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, call outcomes, and follow-up schedules in the CRM/database.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly conversion and sales targets.
• Market Feedback: Gather insights from client interactions and relay market trends or feedback to the management team.

Requirements & Skills

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in B2B telesales, inside sales, or tele-marketing (experience in fragrance, corporate gifting, or FMCG sectors is a strong plus).
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (local language proficiency is an advantage).
• Problem-Solving Mindset: A sharp, quick-witted professional who can think on their feet and gracefully handle difficult objections from corporate clients.
• Resilience & Drive: Highly energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented with a strong desire to grow.
• Education: Minimum High School Diploma/Graduate in any stream.
