Experience Required

1-2 years of work experience in Telesales Job. Candidates need to have Sales exposure/experience.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualification in sales is a plus

Work Schedule

Shift-based, including evenings and weekends as required

Role Overview

You will be the voice of our brand on outbound calls to potential and existing customers — promoting our products and services, answering queries, and building lasting customer relationships. This role is central to our sales and customer engagement goals, and offers strong growth potential within a fast-scaling fintech.

Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound Calling

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
• Follow prepared scripts and guidelines for different campaigns.

2. Customer Engagement

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Answer questions about products or services and address customer concerns.

3. Lead Generation

• Identify potential customers and generate leads through targeted calling efforts.
• Schedule appointments or follow-up calls for the sales team when necessary.

4. Data Management

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
• Update customer information and ensure data integrity.

5. Sales Support

• Assist the sales team by providing relevant customer information and insights.
• Upsell or cross-sell products and services when appropriate.

6. Customer Feedback

• Gather and document customer feedback and insights.
• Report customer issues and concerns to the relevant department for resolution.

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and CRM systems.
