Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Explain health insurance products and services.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: PUC or Any Degree
• Experience: Freshers or Minimum 1 Year in Telesales/Sales
• Languages: Fluent in English, Kannada, and any one South Indian regional language
• Gender: Male & Female
• Age Limit: Below 32 years

Salary Package:

• ₹2.5 LPA to ₹3.0 LPA (Based on Interview Performance)
