JOB DESCRIPTION

**Position:** Tele-Sales Executive – Lead Generation

**Department:** Sales & Marketing

**Location: Thane

**Experience: 1–3 Years (Preferred)

Job Purpose

To generate potential business leads and enquiries for fabric welding work through social media platforms, online business portals and other digital sources. The candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, making outbound calls, understanding their requirements and coordinating with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Online Lead Generation

Generate business leads through social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other relevant channels.

Identify potential customers through online portals such as IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Justdial and other B2B platforms.

Search and identify contractors, fabricators, architects, construction companies, infrastructure companies and potential clients requiring fabric welding services.

Actively explore new online platforms and sources to generate quality business enquiries.

2. Telecalling & Customer Coordination

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce the company's fabric welding services.

Understand customer requirements, project details, quantities and business opportunities.

Follow up with potential customers regularly to generate business enquiries.

Share company profiles, service details and relevant project references with prospective clients.

Lead Management

- Maintain a proper database of generated leads and customer information.

- Record enquiry details, customer requirements, follow-up dates and lead status.

- Qualify leads based on project requirements and business potential.

- Forward qualified leads to the sales team for further discussion and conversion.

Sales & Marketing Support

- Support the sales team in identifying new business opportunities.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing enquiries.

- Monitor competitor activities and explore new markets for fabric welding services.

- Work towards achieving monthly lead generation and enquiry targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate or minimum HSC qualification.

- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, tele-sales, lead generation or business development.

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and online B2B portals.

- Knowledge of MS Excel, email and CRM tools.

- Ability to identify potential customers and generate quality leads.

- Good follow-up, coordination and database management skills

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Number of qualified leads generated per month.

- Number of outbound calls made.

- Number of enquiries received through social media and online portals.

- Number of successful customer follow-ups.

- Number of leads converted into business opportunities.

- Accuracy and regular updating of the lead database.

Preferred Candidate Profile

A proactive and result-oriented candidate who can independently search for prospective customers, generate leads through digital platforms, communicate effectively over calls and create new business opportunities for the company.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
