Job Description

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate business leads.
Identify and connect with potential B2B customers in the manufacturing and industrial sectors.
Understand customer requirements and explain company products and services.
Generate inquiries and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Follow up with customers on quotations, inquiries, and pending orders.
Maintain daily call records, customer details, and lead status in CRM / ERP.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Provide regular reports on calls, leads generated, and sales follow-ups.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
