Reporting To: Team Leader / Sales Manager

1. Job Purpose

We are looking for enthusiastic, target-oriented, and customer-focused Telesales Executives to generate business through outbound and inbound calls.

The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, understanding their financial requirements, explaining personal loan products, generating qualified leads, and converting prospects into successful loan applications.

2. Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries.
• Explain company products and services to customers.
• Follow up with interested leads and prospective customers.
• Maintain daily call records and update customer information.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
• Maintain professional and polite communication with customers.

3. Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Good convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Ability to handle customer objections and close sales.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel/CRM.
• Target-oriented attitude with a strong desire to achieve sales goals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.

4. Experience

• Freshers are also welcome
• Candidates with 6 months to 3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, banking, NBFC, fintech, credit cards, or loan sales will be preferred.

• Number of outbound calls per day.
• Number of qualified leads generated.
• Number of loan applications logged in.
• Lead-to-application conversion ratio.
• Loan disbursement achievement.
• Monthly sales target achievement.
• Follow-up effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
