Telesales Executive - Tour Package

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
• Proven experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, or similar roles (preferably in travel/tourism).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with targets and meet deadlines.
• Good listening skills and customer-focused approach.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
• Knowledge of popular travel destinations and tour packages is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
• Explain and promote various domestic and international tour packages.
• Understand customer travel needs and recommend suitable packages.
• Maintain call logs, customer details, and follow-up records.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally and ensure excellent service.
• Coordinate with the operations team for booking confirmations and post-sales support.
• Maintain updated knowledge of travel trends, destinations, and company offerings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
