About the Role

We are looking for a confident, target-driven Telesales Executive to join our team in Noida. You will connect with potential customers over calls, generate quality leads, and help convert them into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using the data/leads provided
• Generate fresh leads through calling, follow-ups, and other outreach channels
• Explain our products and services clearly and handle customer queries
• Qualify leads based on their interest, requirement, and budget
• Follow up consistently to convert interested prospects
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM/Excel
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and sales targets
• Share feedback and market insights with the team lead

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any stream (12th pass with strong communication skills may also apply)
• 0-3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or lead generation (freshers with good communication are welcome)
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
• Confident, persuasive, and good at handling objections
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
• Positive attitude, discipline, and a target-oriented mindset

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: Up to ₹24,000 per month
• Incentives: Up to ₹80,000 per month (based on performance and targets achieved)
• Total Earning Potential: Up to ₹80,000 per month in hand, including incentives
• Incentives are uncapped for top performers within the defined structure
• Performance bonuses and growth opportunities

• Shift: Fixed timings, with no rotational shifts
