Job Title: Telesales Executive

Location: Noida, Sector 15
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (In-Hand Fixed) + Performance-Based Incentives
Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales is mandatory
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Weekly Off: Sunday

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to handle admissions for UG/PG programs. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales experience, and the ability to guide students and convert enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with prospective students through calls and other communication channels.
Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable UG/PG programs.
Explain course details, eligibility, fees, and admission process.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
Maintain regular communication with prospective students.
Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.

Requirements:

Graduation is mandatory.
Minimum 6 months of sales experience is mandatory.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Prior experience in EdTech, inside sales, admissions, counselling, or education sales will be an advantage.
