We are looking for a polite, well-spoken, and organized individual to handle both telecalling and front desk duties at our Speech and Hearing Clinic. The role involves answering patient inquiries, booking appointments, maintaining records, and providing a warm welcome to visitors. Basic knowledge of hearing aids, speech therapy services, and patient care will be an advantage. Key Responsibilities: Answer calls and provide information about clinic services Follow up with patients for appointments, feedback, or reminders Greet and assist walk-in patients Maintain patient records and appointment schedules Coordinate with audiologists and therapists for smooth clinic operations
