Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecalling Sales Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with customers over phone calls, explaining our Ayurvedic products, understanding customer requirements, and converting potential leads into sales.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve sales targets in a call center environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and interested customers to promote Ayurvedic products.
• Explain product features, usage instructions, pricing, and offers clearly to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products based on their needs.
• Convert customer inquiries and leads into successful sales.
• Follow the company's sales process and call scripts.
• Handle customer objections, queries, and concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer information and call records in the CRM.
• Follow up with interested customers to improve conversions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain professional communication and a positive customer experience.

Requirements & Skills

• Good Hindi communication skills.
• Basic understanding of sales and customer handling.
• Ability to convince customers professionally and build trust.
• Comfortable working in a target-based call center environment.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Freshers can apply; prior telecalling or sales experience will be an advantage.
• Experience in Ayurvedic products, healthcare products, or telesales will be preferred.
