Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and motivated Telesales executive to promote and sell loans services over the phone. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic product knowledge, and a customer-centric attitude. Key Responsibilities: · Make outbound calls to potential customers to pitch all type of loans and credit cards. · Understand customer requirements and explain product features, benefits, and eligibility. · Generate leads and follow up with interested prospects. · Maintain accurate records of calls and update customer information in CRM. · Handle objections professionally and convert cold leads into successful applications. · Coordinate with backend teams for documentation and approvals.
