Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our solar products and services, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales opportunities.
Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar products and solutions.
Explain product features, pricing, offers, and benefits clearly.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the sales team for further customer visits and order processing.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers.

Requirements

Good communication and convincing skills.
Hindi and basic English communication skills.
Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, or inside sales is preferred.
Candidates with solar industry experience will be preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM and WhatsApp.
Ability to work with sales targets.
Positive attitude, confidence, and strong follow-up skills.
