Job Description – Telesales Executive

Location: Mohan Estate
Salary: 20k-26k
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00PM

Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telesales Executive to connect with prospective students, generate leads, explain our study-abroad services, and convert potential enquiries into qualified prospects.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on incoming enquiries.
Understand students' requirements, career goals, and study-abroad preferences.
Explain available courses, universities, admission processes, and consultancy services.
Generate and qualify leads through regular calling and follow-ups.
Schedule counselling sessions and coordinate with the counselling team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Build positive relationships with prospective students and ensure professional communication.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer handling preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Experience in the education or study-abroad industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
