Job Description:

Calltawk Solutions LLC-FZ is hiring experienced and result-oriented Telesales Executives for our International Voice Process team based in Salt Lake Sector 5, Kolkata. If you have a proven track record in international telesales and strong communication skills, we invite you to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to international clients to promote and sell products/services.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Handle customer queries and resolve objections efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and client interactions using CRM tools.
• Follow communication scripts and company processes diligently.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in international voice-based telesales is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to handle objections, pitch effectively, and close sales.
• Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic and a team-player attitude.
• Must be comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Candidates must be based in Kolkata or willing to work from Salt Lake Sector 5.
