Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, promoting company products and services, generating sales leads, following up with potential customers, and converting prospects into customers.

Roles and Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products and services.
Identify customer needs and explain suitable solutions.
Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert leads into sales.
Maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
Handle customer queries, objections, and sales-related concerns.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities.
Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion and business growth.

Requirements

Intermediate or any graduate qualification.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or Telugu is preferred.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
