About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and patient-focused Telesales Executive with over 2 years of experience in telesales or customer engagement, preferably within the healthcare or service industry. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, converting leads into appointments, maintaining patient relationships, and supporting marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential patients to explain hospital services, aesthetic treatments, wellness packages, and doctor consultations.
  • Handle inbound patient enquiries and provide accurate information, guiding them toward the right service or specialist.
  • Convert qualified leads into confirmed appointments and follow up to ensure high show-up and satisfaction rates.
  • Manage leads generated from digital platforms (social media, website, campaigns, etc.) and update CRM systems accurately.
  • Assist in re-engaging inactive leads and follow up on pending consultations or treatment inquiries.
  • Support marketing and promotional campaigns by communicating offers and service updates to existing patients.
  • Maintain call logs, lead databases, and feedback reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical communication standards and maintain patient confidentiality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer engagement (healthcare experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a patient-centric approach.
  • Ability to multitask, work with CRM tools, and manage large volumes of calls efficiently.
  • Professional, empathetic, and confident in handling patient concerns and objections.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and lead tracking systems.

Preferred Background

  • Experience in a hospital, clinic, or wellness center environment.
  • Exposure to aesthetic, cosmetic, or elective healthcare services is an added advantage.
