About the Role:Harivallabhi Jewellers is seeking a polite, confident, and customer-oriented Telecalling Executive to handle inbound/outbound customer calls, generate sales leads, and maintain strong customer relations. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to share store offers, collections & new arrivals Maintain customer database and follow-up records Handle customer queries regarding jewellery products, pricing, and store details Generate leads and invite customers to visit the showroom Assist in appointment booking and follow-ups Promote festive collections, schemes, and store events Work closely with showroom team to enhance walk-ins and conversions Requirements:Good communication skills (Hindi essential, Kannada fluent, basic English preferred) Relationship-building and convincing ability Basic knowledge of jewellery, gold/silver ornaments (preferred but not mandatory) Comfortable with outbound calling & lead follow-ups Positive attitude, polite tone & disciplined work approach
