Telesales Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and target-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, explaining our study-abroad services, generating leads, following up with enquiries, and scheduling counselling sessions with our education consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on incoming enquiries.
• Explain study-abroad opportunities in countries such as the UK, UAE, USA, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
• Understand students’ academic backgrounds, career goals, and overseas education preferences.
• Generate leads and convert enquiries into counselling appointments.
• Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM system.
• Schedule appointments for education counsellors and coordinate with the sales team.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.
• Maintain professional communication and build positive relationships with students and parents.
• Provide regular reports on calling activity, lead status, and conversion performance.

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.
• Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM software.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to work towards targets.
• Previous experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, or education consultancy will be an added advantage.
