Tele Sales Executive (Bangalore Location) Department: Sales Location: Bangalore Company: Enser Communications Private Limited Position Overview We are hiring enthusiastic and dedicated Tele Sales Executives to join our team. Candidates should have strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. Freshers and those with up to 6 months of experience are welcome. Salary Rs. 15,000 - 18,000 per month + incentives (Based on performance and experience) Key Responsibilities • Make outbound sales calls to potential customers. • Explain products and services clearly and convincingly. • Maintain customer database and update records. • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets. • Handle inquiries and provide customer support. • Follow up with leads to convert them into sales. Skills & Competencies • Good communication in Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam, or Hindi(as required). • Basic computer knowledge. • Strong persuasion and listening skills. • Positive mindset and ability to work with targets. • Team player with good attitude. Qualifications • Education: Any degree or 10th completed. • Experience: • Freshers accepted. • 0-6 months of experience in voice support, tele-calling, or BPO is an added advantage.
