Telesales Executive E-Commerce Process

As a Telesales Executive for the E-Commerce Process in Vijay Nagar, Indore (M.P.), you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, pitching products or services, and closing sales to achieve targets. Your role will require a minimum of 1 year of experience in BPO and sales, ensuring that you have a solid understanding of customer engagement and sales techniques. To excel in this position, you must possess excellent communication skills to effectively convey product information and handle customer queries. Additionally, a graduation degree with a minimum of 60% marks in 10th, 12th, and graduation is mandatory. We are looking for immediate joiners who are between 20 to 32 years of age and are proficient in Hindi to cater to our customer base effectively. This is a full-time position with a salary of 15k along with incentives based on performance. The working hours are during the day shift, and you will be required to work on-site to ensure seamless coordination with the team and management.
