Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Tele-Sales
Department: Sales / Business Development
Experience: 1 to 3 years
Location: Full-time

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate leads, connect with potential customers over the phone, explain our products or services, and convert prospects into sales.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
Explain company products or services to prospective clients.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Follow up with interested prospects and convert leads into sales.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain customer information and call records in the CRM or Excel.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Coordinate with the sales team to achieve business goals.

Required Skills

Good communication and convincing skills.
Confidence in handling phone calls.
Strong negotiation and customer-handling abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
Target-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and in a team.

Eligibility

Minimum qualification: Graduate or Post
Freshers can apply; prior tele-sales or BDE experience is an advantage.
Knowledge of Hindi and basic English is preferred.

Compensation

Salary: As per company standards and experience.
Performance-based incentives on achieving sales targets.
