Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and closing sales. You will play a key role in boosting revenue and customer acquisition levels. Key Responsibilities: Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services using scripts. Answer questions about products or the company. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales. Go the “extra mile” to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information. Compensation: Base Salary + Commission/Incentives [Customize based on your company’s offering] Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Language: Malayalam (Required) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
