Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with pre-generated leads through outbound calls
  • Understand customer requirements and explain suitable paid subscription plans
  • Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about services and packages
  • Convince and negotiate with customers to close sales successfully
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and performance metrics
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers
  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Graduation is mandatory
  • Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
