Role & responsibilities Sell online courses offered to the incoming leads. Respond to, Contact and follow up with potential customers via calls and WhatsApp. Engage and convert leads by offering personalized information about courses. Maintain timely reporting and updates to the Head of Marketing and Sales. Uphold ethical sales practices and meet monthly sales targets. Be available for work flexibly to meet performance expectations. Preferred candidate profile 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in EdTech or B2C telesales. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Proficient in using WhatsApp and CRM tools. Target-driven with a strong work ethic. Resides in Hyderabad.
