Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions based on their requirements.
Maintain a detailed record of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints in a professional and confident manner.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and improve overall sales performance.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.
Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and convert them into sales.
Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns effectively.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor products.
